Guest House
Hospitality is a core value for Benedictine monks. Men visiting individually or in small groups may stay at the guest house, within the monastery grounds.

Devote yourself to reading, reflection and personal prayer in a place of silence and peace. Those who wish to do so may undertake some light manual work (gardening, etc.) or take a walk in the countryside around the monastery. Those who request it may receive spiritual guidance from a monk or simply go to confession.
A reading room with a library (books and magazines) is available to guests, as is a garden. Finally, there is a chapel in the guest quarters, with the Blessed Sacrament, which remains accessible at all times.
You will be accommodated in a single room with a washbasin. Bed linen and towels are provided. The shower and toilet are on the landing. Meals are taken in the refectory with the monks, except on fasting evenings at the monastery.
We estimate the cost of a 24-hour stay (accommodation and meals) at €40. Those who are able to give more enable us to welcome all those who wish to undertake a retreat but have limited means.
Your retreat can last from one to five days, depending on your preferences and our availability. During your stay, you are welcome to join the monks in liturgical prayer in the church during the services that mark the rhythm of the day. The conventual Mass and the various services are sung in Latin and Gregorian chant. Booklets with translations are provided for each service.
